Sellers must ensure that the vehicle listed is legally owned by them, properly described, and available for sale. Sellers must provide accurate information, including vehicle condition, history, and legal status.
4.3 Buyer’s Responsibilities
Buyers should verify all vehicle details, perform due diligence (including vehicle inspections and documentation checks), and negotiate terms directly with Sellers.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Listing Fees
Sellers may be required to pay a fee for listing their vehicle on ZIYAMUCARS.com. The fees, payment terms, and any applicable taxes will be detailed on the Platform.
5.2 Transaction Fees
ZIYAMUCARS.com may charge a transaction fee on successful sales, which will be disclosed upfront. The fees may vary based on the vehicle price and category.
5.3 Payment Methods
Payments between Buyers and Sellers must be conducted through the agreed payment method, and ZIYAMUCARS.com is not liable for any payment disputes between the parties.
6. Vehicle Transactions
6.1 Agreement Between Buyer and Seller
All transactions for vehicles listed on ZIYAMUCARS.com are strictly between the Buyer and Seller. We do not intervene or mediate in these transactions.
6.2 Inspection and Transfer of Ownership
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to arrange vehicle inspection and verify the documentation. Transfer of ownership must be completed according to UAE regulations.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZIYAMUCARS.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
